What This Means For You:

  • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for change of mind, sizing, or simply not liking the product.

  • Damaged in Transit? If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Wrong Item? If we made an error in your order, contact us within 24 hours with evidence, and we will arrange a correction.
